Trick Flow heads w/ stock bottom end

Since I'm running the stock cast pistons for another few months until rebuild, I'm not going to have any valve/piston problems with them, right? Relatively small cam, .448, .472 lift.

I have a set of the orginal trick flow heads on my 289. They claim that if I use flat top pistons I can use a cam with up to .533 lift without interference.
