What kind of rocker arms will work best with Windsor Jr heads? What's the difference with the stock rocker? Thanks

Harland Sharp on mine. The Windsor JRs come with 7/16 rocker arm studs. I suggest you replace them with ARP of the same length.

Stock is 1.6:1, but for a little more valve lift, you can install the 1.7:1 or 1.72:1 like Ford did on the '93+ Cobra 5.0 litre. Roller rockers are more accurate and generally better, if you can afford them. Aluminum cost less (less than $200 for the off-brand bolt-on type) the steel (Harland sharps) cost more, but are great and should last longer.

I havent installed them yet, on factory 351w pedestal heads, but i have comp's magnum rockers. they are cast steel, roller tip, with a pivot ball. No they are not full roller, but for everday driving I think they are hard to beat for $145.
