My first 460 Advice please

By the end of the week I will have to make the decision to tear the cleve down AGAIN or bolt together a CHEAP 460. I'm talking CHEAP. Just something to get me on the track.

Here's what I've got:

Mid 70's Mercury with a 460 - C6. I'll have to verify the year so that I know what compression I'm dealing with. Engine is in pristine running condition.

D0VE heads sitting on shelf for years. Thinking cheap, I'll have them mag'd and decked, then lap the stock valves and pop in new springs. Springs sitting on shelf left over from cleve build that changed course.

Stealth intake. This is a maybe. I'd have to borrow it, but I'm fairly certain the owner doesn't mind. If not, I'll buy a Performer/Performer RPM.

TCI Super Street Fighter. Not the best convertor, but my new TCS is probably too loose at 4500 rpm's for a "stock" 460. The TCI is just sitting there.

Cam - none available. I'll have to buy one. I'm thinking hydraulic around 230* at .050 I need something that will work with the compression of the stock pistons and with the convertor.

Use the 850 DP off the cleve, the MSD ignition system, and the roller rockers.

Will it run? How much more weight will I be hanging over the front? Finally, in a roughly 3200 lb (with driver) car, are 12's possible?
