hot street

what heads, solid roller cam,header size and intake manifold would you guys use for a hot street 408w? with 5speed and 4.1 diff?

yates C3L heads, 277-282 @.050" .722 .714 lift custom solid roller, 2" primary headers 3 1/2" collectors 14.8:1 compression JE pistons. It's a 410 windsor in a '90 Mustang hatchback, turns 5.20's in the 1/8 at 130 mph. 4 stages of nitrous, but I couldn't tell you how much power it makes. Yes, he drives it on the street occasionally.
