How much power can a single t04 turbo support? It would be on a 302 pushing 350-375 hp N/A. Also what carb could i use?

a T04 can support about 500-600hp, perhaps a bit more. get your compression right though, otherwise it will blow th ebottom end out of the block.

about 500 HP, depending on which one you use (t04e, to4b, etc) Any more than that and they tend to blow a lot of hot air. There are better choices than a T04....such as a late model (99-02) powerstroke turbo. Bigger compressor and small turbine for quick spooling....and best of all, a integral wastegate.

well...a good place to find one is a local scrap metal recycler, ebay, or just keep your eyes open for one...they pop up every now and then. Make sure you get the later one (99-02) as the early ones (95-97) are smaller and have larger turbine housings. They (early ones) will work but they spool a bit slower, and most importantly do not have a integral wastegate. You'll want a wastegate to keep boost in check....the early powerstroke turbos can make over 22 psi, and the T04B can make around 25-27.
