Line Lock Question?

you only need one line lock if you plumb it in before the distribution block.

You have to plumb it after the distribution block/safety switch in a dual system or the pressure will shut off the rear brakes when you release the pedal with the lock engaged. This usually requires plugging on port in the block and installing a T after the line lock to feed both front lines.

Line Lock Question?

Sorry - just one on the front only (assuming rear wheel drive). There are a lot of tracks that actually don't allow two.
