80-82 V8 Tbird and Cougars with Shake Condition. WTF?

WTF is "Shake Condition"?

I went to Autozone for a new set of motor mounts for my 80 project, they were lifetime replacements from when the 351C was in my 80 Cougar. Anyway they didn't have the same PN# but they had ones for the 302 with "Shake Condition", I went ahead and got them since they were free. They are beefy as hell with a large stamped steel strap that surrounds the rubber bushing and the stud is larger as well, 9/16" instead of the 1/2" thread of the normal mount.

So basically is this a normal Ford term or is this an aftermarket term used for some of the V8's that inherently shake like hell?
