Comp Cams new beehive valve springs

These new beehive shaped ( conical) springs sound very promising to me with reduced friction, less valve train weight and added rpm capability with less spring pressure.Any comments?
Ps...same type of springs have been used by european GM already from the seventies.....and to my knowledge it is a standard spring nowadays with small " import" engines.

They are a good design for mild performance engines. That design has been around for years, just not much in the performance area.
