As far as 69-70 (C9OE and D0OE) heads, there is no difference.

After that, 351W heads got larger combustion chambers, then smaller valves, etc. Eventually, the heads were no different than 302 heads.

The guys are right. No difference in heads. The 4V was rated at slightly higher hp duw to higher compression. The 4V engines had flat tops with valve reliefs vs the 2v having a slightly dished piston. 10:1 vs 9.5:1
