You might consider just swapping in a Proform main body. About $99 USD from Summit.

http://www.proformparts.com/catalog/carb.html

Main bodies, base plates, meter blocks & whole carbs.

Spend your money on a good solid cam instead. When I ran a similar combo to yours, I only gained 1 mph going from a 600 to a 650. Even a 750 VS didn't help. After switching to a Comp 282S cam, I gained 4 mph. Money well spent!

Am happy with current airflow, but thought would pick up power due to better atomisation and distribution ( boosters and venturis sure look trick on a demon). Ps am running Erson Hi-Flow 1H and like the current power spread pulls hard from 3100 (where convertor now stalls after ditching the torker2 for a crosswind intake , used to stall at 3000) any suggestions for solid cam that will live with this convertor but will spin strong to 6500-6800

A 650 Mighty Demon should make a noticable gain over a 600 Holley. The 650 Mighty Demons flow 753 CFM at 1.5" of vacuum, but still use the smaller venturi giving you better atomazation of the fuel. In Australia you can get one through Victorina Performance.

I looked at your setup - try the Mighty Demon before the ProForm. The ProForm bodies flow near 900 and your combo doesn't have near the gear and stall to host a modified 750DP that flows 900CFM.

Huh? That's not the 750 body? Is it? If so how flowed.
