How to relocate proportioning valve?
Earl's has a line of braided flex hose, but it's not cheap by any means. And when you add in the adapters (like 3/16" brake to #3, etc) it get's even less cheap. If it's near a heat source like headers, best to rebend some hard line. You can get a connector to patch in where the prop vlave is now and route a new line to the valves new location. You just need one more back to the distribution block. It's the right way to do it. Not hard if you get a bender for small tubes. Use a coat hanger or bailing wire cut to the same length as they tube you buy, then bend that first to fit. You can then try to bend the brake line to match your pattern. Don't be ashamed if you have to go back and buy more. I could buy the whole family a really good steak dinner with the pile of twisted up tubing I've created over the years.
