trans cooler

would routing fluid lines through old ac condenser in front of radiator work the same as a transmission cooler?

Yes I believe so. But this would increase the temp of the air thats being drawn through the rad. Would work better if mounted behind the rad. Also if you drive in the winter you wiil have problems getting your trans up to operating temp. Remember too hot is bad and too cold is also bad.
