derusting process 2

hi im trying to do an inside out restore, and the trunk pillar area can only be sprayed as it is impossible to reach all areas..so i used some acid (jasco) stuff...now the metal is white, i need to properly nuetralize it via spray(cant touch these areas with hands) what product should i use? i hear water but , im thinking purified water(no minerals), i want no remains of this dasterddly demon!
