2001 cobra with vortech

Has anyone noticed that a vortech supercharger and intercooler on a 2001 cobra makes almost 500hp?
ive seen cars with this mod on ebay for around $20-25k.
I see this car as a pretty powerful street machine/daily driver at a reasonable price (considering a 2003,04 cobras are upwards of $30k and have 390hp). Does anyone have any input on how reliable this combination is?
i think the 32v cobra aluminum block is crossbolted and has a steel crank.
I just think that it is amazing how a 500hp daily driver can be so easily obtained now with a 4.6L engine.
