hey guys i dont know what kind of heads i have in my mustang because it use an AWSF42C apark plugs and this sparks are made for fit only in the GT-40 heads and the 2.3 (4l) heads, but i view my heads looking for and GT-40 marks (the three or four marks in each corner of the heads and the "GT" logo), but nothing, so i remove my valve cover and see in there, there are a "9E19" number and a logo like a "CP" inscrip between the 1 and 2 cylinder, i want to know what kind of heads i have, any one knows about the number "9E19"? and if any one have a pics of the E7TE? for look that ones and see if it looks like mines

thanks every one

No, that is a GT40P head, which is different that a GT40 head. The P in the one corner gives it away. The GT40 head would have just GT in that spot. I can't find a picture of the E7TE head, but if you don't have the GT or GTP in the spot in that picture, you can at least conclude you don't have GT40 or GT40P heads.

9E19 is May 19, 1989(?) - it's just a casting date code.

YOU ALSO THERE IS A ANOTHER WAY YOU CAN TELL A GT-40 FROM A "P" HEAD AND 87-93 5.0 HEADS. THE GT-40 HEAD HAS 3 CASTING LINE ON THE FRONT OF THE HEAD WHILE THE GT-40P HEAD HAS 4 AND THE 87-93 5.0 HEAD HAS 2 CASTING LINES

</BLOCKQUOTE></FONT></TD></TR><TR><TD><HR></TD></TR></TABLE>If 1989 is the correct date code, its definitely not a GT40P head, they only started casting those in 97. What about the GT40, I thought it started to be available in the early 90's?

The E6SE's are crappy heads. They have heart shaped combustion chambers and do not flow very well.
