started body work on my cougar , not to involved. has a complete stock 351c engine has 43000 miles on it. I also have a 69 worked 351w engine(rate @ about 400 hp), was recently told that it would be wise to pull the 351c and drop the 351w in it to kick around for a few years and when ready to sell it after complete restorations drop the 351c back in and have a complete matching numbers car to sell.
what do you think?

If you think you'll sell and you intend to maximize your return - I agree. Preserve the 351C and beat the hell out of the W. C's are only getting rarer.

best thing unless you need the car to get around in, park it in a protected area and avoid someone running into it.
