Fuel? Ignition? whats wrong with my stallion?

Hey guys I need a little help. My '68 302 is not running like it should. for some reason it likes to cut out at the higher RPMs around 5000+. Here are my specs.

Roush 200 heads w/ 2.02/1.60
10.5:1 comp.
Holley Electric Blue Pump
3/8 in. fuel line
750cfm Holley Double pumper (jets are at 80sq. w/o power valves)
open plane high rise manifold
292 dur. .534 lift hyd. cam

Does anyone have this similar setup and/or helpful advice.

thanx a bunch.

What's the plug gap and what're you running for an ignition system? Has this always happened or is it a new prob?

BTW 750 with 80's F/R seem awfully large.
