351W swap

Would a 351W with Victor Jr heads and hooker headers fit
a -65 stang without too much work on the shocktowers?

I'll get it. I don't mind cutting because this car will
be a cirkle track car in Sweden, but I don't want to
cut too much.

Hej,
One of my friend had a 373W with Ford Motorsport J302 heads and headers in a ´65 coupe without cutting the towers.
I´m not sure wich headers he used, but they were made for those heads since they have the staggered bolt pattern.
It was a nightmare to change spark plugs!
