newbie with ?

Ha guys im new and would like to say whats up. I was told that i could find alot of info here.
My question is how can i get power to a computer that is going into an x 4-banger stang. My computer is a fi from a mustang[v-8]. I just want to run the fi harness for the engine only. Can i use it as a stand alone and find some power source to feed power to the injectors,tps,mass air and other. Any help would be GREATE THANKS.
