15 x 8 wheels for a 68
Got no replies on my last question so I will ask it differently. I have the chance to purchase four 15 x 8 four lug wheels for my '68 Mustang 6 cyl coupe. I would like to know what are the widest tires I could run (all around) without any body modifications? Also any particular brand recomendations?

15 x 8 wheels for a 68
I am not sure on the 68 Stang but I have 15x10's on my 67 cougar and it will accept 245 60's..At least I thing that is what was on them when I got them. They are American Racing slots and have about 4.5" of back spacing.
