drop spindles for early mustangs

I'm looking to buy a set of drop spindles to replace the 69 mustang disc brakes in my 62 comet. Are there any spindles out there were I could switch my new 69 brake calipers to? Anyone have any experience or recommendation with drop spindles on their 60's mustang/falcon or ford? Thanks in advance. Chris

Haven't seen any for that period. Usual trickks include using 6 cyl springs, and/or cutting a 1/2 to 1 coil. Also relocation of upper control arms 1" a-la Shelby will do a bit. Other then that, I think you're looking at a Mustang II front end (which would replace shock towers). Ton's of drop spindles for the MII.

Already cut a coil and too much work to safely/correctly drop upper control arm on early year comets/falcons. My car doesn't even sit that low and the rubber bump stop hits the upper control arm way too often. I was thinking of cutting and raising the bump stop a 1/2"- 1" but then I'll have to find shorter shocks because my originals will also bottom out!! I just can't win and will have to bite the bullet and pay for the drop spindles!!!
