DSS Short block???

Has anyone had any experience with DSS from St. Charles Il?
I want to do a 331 for my 68 and they have a short block for 2 grand.
I don't think I could source the parts myself for that kind of money.
The block comes assembled , balanced, blueprinted with nodular crank,forged pistons and ARP hardware.

DSS is a a very good engine builder.

I'm planning on using a DSS short-block when the time comes.

I like their technically-loaded web site that really tells you what they do in their 'blueprinting' processes.

I though other builders skipped over the details and focused too much on glitter & gloss instead of telling me what I'd really get for the investment...
