Run with no belt?

For the amount of time you are wanting to run it you shouldn't have any problems. My poor 408 was throwing the belt off of it every other run I would make. It has done that about half a dozen times and no problems yet. Hope to have it fixxed for this year.

Run with no belt?

last week at the track a friend of mine ran his pontiac trans am with no water in it down the 1/4 mile "new motor". came back and could'nt understand why he had heat in the motor but not in the radiator. i pulled the cap and no water. he said he was running late and just forgot so i don't thinck you can hurt it. i guess he seated the rings on that run lol.
