c6 vacuum modulator

Replacing my modulator because I found fluid leaking out of hose. My question is , which way do I adjust it ? Some say three turns out ,others say turn in one turn ,who is right ,and what way is everyone else running there's

You can run it as is for a basepoint, turn in if slightly later and firmer shift are desired and out for earlier softer shifts

3 turns +- depending on where the adjustment screw is, if it is flush with the vac outlet you should be able to go 3 to 4 turns in, if you need any later or firmer shift than that will produce then you will have to go into the v/b and or governor.
