Engine\'s been sitting after rebuild, What to do?

My 408 had been sitting since I rebuilt it for about 2 months. Is there anything specific I need to do before I try to fire it up. I just want to make sure the rings seat like there supposed to. I'm going to prime the oil system for sure, but want to make sure there isn't anything else I need to do.

I recently started my 460 which sat for 11 months after being assembled. I primed it for a couple of minutes (til the electric drill got hot) before starting.it.

After driving for 2 days, I've had no adverse problems I'd associate with that.
