Serious problem with a new 825 Mighty Demon

If your still getting fuel out the boosters at idle . Send that POS back and make Barry Grant replace or maybe better after you get your dough back buy a Holley or Bigs

Try blocked power valve like you said, after that there is no much "user serviceable" ways how extra fuel can enter to boosters.

Yea - I forgot to add that if it's bubbling fuel out of the boosters, then the mail wells in the metering block have trash in them. If you can get it all out - fine, maybe. If I paid Demon money for that and that's what I got, I'd be screaming for B. Grant's ass on a platter.

If BG was located here in Finland or if was located in US the carb would´ve sent back weeks ago.But the distance, shipping fees + the customs clarifications make it the last way.
Ckelly- if that what you said about thrash is true I need to take the main metering block apart once again..
I believe I also could try swapping the metering blocks (primary to secondary) to see if the fuel would still come out from the front boosters. If not then the primary metering block would be the reason.
I was planning to the car to the track on saturday but if this does not work I may have to leave it.Still have a new clutch to install before.
