What to change first?

Any ideas on whether to swop the rear gears or convertor first? My Mustang needs a little more get up & go off the line, & I would like to put a 2500 stall convertor & 3:55 gears in the rear, but can only do one, for now, so which is the best to do first? any suggestions welcome, btw, where can I get a rebuild kit for the factory traction loc in the 8in? cheers, Dave.

either one would have about the same reduction in et, depending on your setup, so whatever you want first.
