94 Xplorer w/ Locked up spindle nut

It has a broken 4x4 'hub cab', destroyed rotor, caliper, and I can't get the spindle nut off for nothing. I wound up rounding off the bolt using my weight and a breaker bar! So I was gonna weld my breaker bar onto the nut and see if the heat helped anything. But I did not want to make the situation worst. Anyone that has had this problem have any tips or tricks for this?
