Anyone have any pictures of how the shifter linkage should go on one of these transmissions. My friend is having a hard time with his.

That's a T-10 pic right kermit?

I bought one from florida for my big sister's '66 stang... Never have looked at it yet...

The T10 has the cover on the shifter linkage side.The ford tranny on top:Toploader..So the pic is correct.

With that shifter pointing forward, it looks like it's for a Cobra. My shifter body points back like the one in the pic & the Hurst rep at an NHRA event I went to said that it should point straight up. Wonder what Mike B. thinks?
