How much of an improvement are E7TE\'s?

How much of an improvement are E7TE's over the D8OE's i have now?Like how much power and torque would i gain swapping to them?

I acquired a set off an 88 GT are they worth the swap or should i not waste my time and effort?

the 7ts are a little better, from everyone ive talked to they seem be the choice of porting over 8s but the old windsors are smaller chambers, and larger ports, and valves, just valve train issues ,to change, but both heads ,untouched ,ive never read difference, and like you would be interested in ,their base line flow numbers bill

So are they worth the swap? What could i expect to get from them with my current combo of a stock 0.060 over rebuild edelbrock carb, intake edelbrock, underdrives, electric fan,no power steering, crane z cam 270-363512
Z-268-2 Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft & Lifter Kit
Lift: .490''/.504''
Duration: 268°/274°
RPM Range: 1800-5600

C4 with 2,000 stall,and 3.73's in the rear?

Is the swap worth it or would i even be able to tell?If its minimal gain i dont think its worth it.

Is that not enough info or are the two heads close enough where it wont matter?
