351W chamber size

Okay, does anybody know the chamber size for '78 351w heads? I have a pair of those heads and a pair of '66 289 heads. One of the pair is going on a 289 street engine but I want the engine to be usable with regular gas meaning I rather not have a too high of compression to prevent detonation. What is all of your opinions would lean toward, small chambers with dished pistons or large chambers with flat top pistons? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks alot.

I would go with a flat top and large chamber for a better flame front however a dish is not all bad.
