What hole do you run them in and how much preload do you give them... I know they recommend 1/2 turn but what has worked better for you. My car seem to get better 60' with my shocks set up stiffer, so would this mean i need mor preload or less? thanks for the input

You'll just have to test, test, test!!
Its a game of trial and error when you're trying to setup your stuff for a good launch.
Is your car auto or stick??
What does it weigh??
What kind of tires? radials? drag radials? slicks?
Is your local track known for good traction? or is it like an ice skating arena?
What problems are you experiencing?
