Holley Carb Question

I'm making my own fuel log, modeling it after a picture I saw in the latest Car Craft. On one of their supercharged engines (a rag-o-let), they have a couple of pieces of 3/8" tubing, running to both the primaty and secondary float bowls, supporting the fuel pressure regulator in the middle. Looks pretty good to me.

My question is: what angle are the fittings that screw into the Holley float bowls, 37 or 45 degree?

Thanks in advance, Rick

Yep, 45 degree.

Use a good double flaring kit that will give a good square flare, and if they leak don't torque the fittings real tight or you will screw up the fitting on the carb...ask me how I know

Holley Carb Question

I am using a off the shelf log, but using AN fittings and lines. The floats now have special AN fittings screwed into the floats, then braided lines and AN fittings. I am using a return system, so it has a return regulator mounted after the carb on the return line.

I am installing a fuel pressure guage in the center of the cowl hood opening now.
