Correct Head Gaskets For Street Boss or Clevor and Hawks Racing Components

I did a search without much luck on this before posting
and did not find what I was looking for, so I apoligize for duplicating previous topics in advance.

Can anyone tell me what head gaskets to use when building a Cleveland head, Windsor block stroker. I am looking for
Fel-Pro or Ford Motor Sport part numbers.

The heads are 72 2v open chamber with 4v valves installed.

Also I refenced the different stroker threads and did not find anyone using the Hawks Racing crankshafts, only Scat and Eagle.

Any comments on the 408 kits using the Hawks Racing crank and rods with Probe pistons would be appreciated.
