I'd ask about price, after you pull it apart, reset preload or lash, put it back together. May as well have two sets, preadjusted and ready to go.

You could swap sets of 1.5's and 1.7's and leave them numbered and adjusted if this setup was too expensive

They're $200 a set and the "beauty" of them is their adjustablility - you don't need two sets like you would with traditional designed rockers (ie- non-adjustable ones).

I think I'd still be MOST interested in long-term reliability and stress testing of them... like in an actual engine at 7K RPM for 48 hours straight and then compare wear on this rocker VS. a stock stamped steel rocker and also aluminum roller rocker. Also the weight/inertia would be good to know. They look like they could potentially have less rotational inertia than an aluminum rocker, but it all depends on the weight of that block the pushrod pushes on plus the bolts that hold it together. Honestly the stress test would be fairly simple and cheap to do... afterall a stock 302 could free-rev to 6000+ no problem, just get a junker one and put a couple of these rockers, a couple stock ones, and a couple aluminum ones on, run it 'till she seizes, and then see what they look like

Oh I'm sure, those people in Kansas put engines together with zip ties, bubble gum, and duct tape... or were you not talking about your cousins/brothers Ranger?

Don't be jealous that we figured out all of those light-weight components.

I think what he meant was that the manager of the company has a brother with them in his pickup. Not that dirt's brother has them, correct me if i am wrong.

I'm calling him back as I type this, I think he's going to set me up with a sample to check out.
