My suggestion are...
First, ditch the performer and step up to a stealth or an AIRGAP. Then go to an 1 3/4 header.... those hedamns you have are more than likely 1 5/8"... correct? I went from hedman long tube 1 5/8 to Accufab 1 3/4" on my 302 and it made a huge flow difference.
Between your headers and intake, you are losing a lot.

I agree that the performer is likely the biggest bottleneck in that combo. It says you have a performer rpm in your sig???

I do have a rpm on the shelf ,I used it for a short time and it didn't seem to do much for it. Never got it to the track to see if there was a difference.Been thinking about advancing my cam timing,to get more torque to get this sled rolling.

Same place I got mine:

Put the RPM back on when you add the 750 Holley carb and the heads. There will be a difference then, especially at higher RPM's.
