has anyone heard bad things about their steel flywheels?

I am running an SFI one with an 11" DF clutch. No issues or problems.

thanks, is the dual friction clutch behind your stroker. is it holding up good. i have one behind my 351. and wasnt sure if it will hold up to the 408 thats going in soon.

No issues after 1500 relatively hard miles on my 393w--I love banging the gears with both street tires and Hoosier drag tires. [img]/forums/images/smiles/icon_tup.gif[/img]

My Ram billet steel flywheel is doing good so far. I'm also using a ram 3 finger pressure plate(2800lb). Don't use a diaphram type pressure plate, may not hold the power. At least I didn't take that chance.

doesnt the diaphram style like the centerforce actually hold better becasue it has the counter weights that provide more clamping force at higher rpm
