help Need front end parts for 61 comet.

HI all
I was checking of parts to fix my Comets front end and Christ they want $646.oo for 2 pair of upper A-arm bushing and only $35.oo for the 2 pair of lower bushing.
Can someone get me a better price.. Here's a list of what I need and there price I was Quoted By Comerical Tire Co.
1 Rt outer Tie Rod (bent).$76.oo
1 RT. outer Sleeve........$89.oo
<font color="red">2 upper A-arm Bushing ...$646.oo holy crap</font>
2 lower A-arm bushing.....$35.oo

Any help well be appreacated

It depends on your upper bushing, but you can use 64-66 mustang complete upper and lower arms on your comet. THey bolt right in. I did it to my 62 comet wagon.

What I meant was the upper ball joints. I think 61 was the cross-over year for the standard or rare smaller upper ball joints the early 60 and 61 falcons/comets had.

I replaced my upper and lower control arms, centerlink, idler arm, pitman arm and inner/outer tie rods with 65 manual steering parts. Everything bolts in. Disc brakes are 69 mustang with 69 mustang outer tie rods.

If you have the $$ I would do the whole steering and suspension at once. Mustang stuff is cheap and everywhere and costs less than half of what it would cost to buy comet/falcon parts.
