window crank problems

anyone know if the roller part onthe window crank has a match with any other fords, it is starting to grind and catch.

the teeth have metal shavings on them.
so my friend whom is good at windows needs to know what car may have the same roller part so we can rivet it on to my existing good parts.

Do you mean the sprocket type gear that meshes with the regulator arm? I've swapped one from a '65 Mustang onto one of my '67's. It's pretty much a matter of finding one that "looks right" in a junker car. They are just riveted on. Stu
