Help me decide!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys I really need help with this desision,i am currently running edelbrock heads,ported gt40 intake 1.7rr,and a B cam. What i need help with is I am thinking of swapping out cams,I want to swap to the comp XE276HR,Or should I just go with the trick flow stage 1 with my 1.7 rr,Is this worth the time and money? Or am I wasting my time?
I am also thinking of adding a 1" spacer in between the upper and lower intake,good idea or bad?
Guy's sorry for what seems like routine questions,but I really can not make up my mind and am looking for advice,opinions etc.......

A few things to consider with the cam, although the duration numbers are pretty simular I beleve the comp cam will have more lift. On top of that the comp cam will probilbly be dual pattern helping out if your exhaust ports dont flow as well as they should. On the other hand I have a b303 cam in my mustang and it works great.
