Where to find stroker pistons other than Probe

Ok so I have developed a bad oil consumption issue with my 408 ever since I ran the guts out of it at a recent drag testing session.
During and after the session I noticed what sounds like a piston knock but dismissed it as I knew my cam was messed up and attributed the sounds to a bad lifter tap.
Well I replaced my bad cam with roller setup and the nasty knock is still there. Definitely not a rod since oil pressure is right where it has always been.
I did some research on Probe pistons and have found a few experiences of piston skirts breaking off and I think this is likely what has happened to my engine.

So my question is, where can I find a really good forged piston that fits a 4.040 bore, 4" stroke, 6.2 rod, and a 19-22cc dish?
I can't find anything that fits this bill other than a Probe piston.

JE / SRP, Ross, Diamond, Mahle, Arias, Etc. All have shelf offerings or the can make you any piston you could ever want.

Which Probe piston are you running and what's your piston to wall clearance?

This is the concern I expressed yesterday about a person wanting to build a 408C. What is the longevity of an engine having a
9.206
-2.0 stroke
-6.2 rod
--------
1.006" or less compression height Cleveland piston?

Haven't verified a broken skirt yet but I want my ducks in a row before I tear it down this weekend. I do know for sure that there is something very wrong on the bottom end.
I just replaced the cam lifters and timing chain as well as all new springs and valve seals. All the guides are tight so I don't think the oil is getting in that way.
In any case I will know more this weekend.

I am running the Probe SRS dish part number 12360-030
Piston clearance was .003
I could not find a correct off the shelf piston from Mahale, Ross, Arias or Wiesco. I did find a correct piston from Probe and JE but I know nothing about JE.

Thier off the shelf JE stuff goes from 9.6 to 1 up to 11 to 1 with nothing in the middle. This is what Im finding everywhere.
I dropped them a note with what I need anyway.

.003 seems a little tight for my taste when running forged. I usually run around .006 (+/-.001) depending on the application.

.003 is way too tight for me personally, having used probes for the last 10 years, no problems, BUT that doesnt mean much in the grand scheme of things either, just my experiences.
