Idle-start to drive, power problem

On my holley carb was the primary block dirty. The engine runs rough. The carb is now cleaned and the engine runs smooth. But i have a power hole from idle-start to drive problem. The engine want not gas accept for a short time. After acceleration runs the engine normal.

my car has :
302 engine C 4, Holley 600 cfm, Manifold Edelbrock 2121, Ported 1969, 302 Heads, compr 10:1, Comp Cam 256H, Try-Headers, Dual exaust 2". 3.00 Rear Axle. C4 Shift kit.

The way you wrote your question is very confusing. But, if I read bewteen the lines of what your trying to say, sounds like your fuel bowl level is not set correctly.

At least that is the first thing I would look at....
