Picked up a new toy!!

I recently picked up a new toy to play with... Purchaced an old Ohio state police cruiser for $1000.00 It has all the extra goodies still on the car. I cant believe the pick-up this beast has on the highway.

1998 crown vic p-71 4.6L

makes for a nice family car and will keep up on the highway.

Plan to do some upgrades and see what it'll do..

I remember when our highway department auctioned off over 100 Fox body 5.0 stangs,but they sold for considerbly more than $1000.00 each.I beleive they went for $2500.00 - $3500.00 ea. Calspec

Yeah, those are fun, when they are new or are kept up they are just great cars. Stiff handling decent power. Problem is, they get the SHI@ beat out of them by us. So, I wouldnt ever pay any more than 2000 for one. Although, a state trooper car gets alot less abuse than a city unit. I wouldnt take one of our squads for a buck!
