AFR 225 pushrods??

Will be using AFR 225 heads with manley nextek valve springs that are 235 on the seat and 610 open. Cam is .650 lift. Can i use 5/16 .080 one piece chrome moly pushrods or will i need 3/8. I mocked it up with the 5/16 and it doesn't look like a 3/8 will fit. Anyone know??? Thanks, Brandon.

5/16 is fine. Anything larger is just extra weight.
