302 block
Does anyone know why I would not be able to use a E6SE cast block in place of a F1SE cast. If there is a difference that is significant or is it just a knock sensor hole or something?

your F1 block should be a roller block. Just check to make sure the E6 block is roller as well. If it is, all should be good as far as just the block goes.
