this might not be a problem for you but i asked why people buy the bolt in ones then weld them in and somebody said the weld in ones were for custom tube frames or something, but the bolt in ones will go right on the stock frame.

I used the Competition Engineering brand bolt on models and welded them on..The CE weld on type are for narrowed frame rails..I was impressed how well they fit..
