balancing a rotating assembly

Hi, I am thinking of piecing together, a good rotating ass. for my 460 D1VE block,, found some good eagle rods, sir I-beam,, for 200,, stock rods,, 6.605,, found an eagle crank , stock stroke, for about 200,, I think eagle makes their cranks 3y type , for 79 and up,, my 71 block, calls for a 2y type crank,, at ford their stroker crank, for the 514,, says it will work in any 460 block, from 68-97,, does any one know if these eagle cranks will work in my 71 block,, and if I piece together a kit , like this, how much should it cost, to have it balanced, on average ? ,, cnc-motorsports.com,, has a kit for about 1000,, and they say they bal, it in house,, any input would be great, thanxs Rick
