Turbo ????'s

I have a 93 Mustang GT V-8 5.0 I want to install a turbo on my car and I was wondering if any Turbo will work. I can get my hands on the 84-89 300ZX Turbo(Garret I believe) and the Turbo's that came on the late 80's early 90's T-Birds. Will these turbo's work? I'm trying to build a budget turbo project and can get all the pipeing done for free my buddys a welder. Thanks for your help!!!!!
