Re-start a sitting engine

My 302 has been sitting for about 5 years and has maybe 1000 mi on reman. I just removed the heads to check for numbers. Anything I should do before firing her up? I have just about 2 of every gasket so maybe replace all of them? Cylinder walls do not have any rust marks at all. Would pre-oiling with a drill be a good idea?

Prelube with the drill, and I like to squirt a lil 2 cycle oil in each cylinder to help lube the walls. 2 cycle burns off clean without fouling plugs.
