The H-288 should make a little over 400 - provided you zero deck the block and everything else is spot on. A dual pattern cam is a better deal in a 4V engine because the exhaust is worse on a 4V head than a 2V. If both are ported, the 2V is typically still better. If you spin an H-288 to 6500 you're just showing off, the cam will like to be shifted at 5800~6000.
If you want to run a dual plane on a 4V, run an Ed 4V dual plane because it puts the exit to the manifold port in the high activity portion of the 4V port. The new Air Gap does not - can't because the ports won't line up with a 2V port. Just sticking the higher velocity flow into the 4V port will help some, but it's far from optimal.
As far as ET - don't think you said what kind of car this is going in.

Ed Air Gaps make big power into the 6500 range. carjunkietv.com just did a dyno test with a dual plane vs a Victor single and the dual held it's own against the signal and typically made more torque in the range you specified.
A 650DP will probably run better on the engine also.
